How long does delivery take?

All orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 working days. Please see here for more info on delivery times. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide!! Please see here for more info. 

Can I customise the colours of a print?

A lot of our prints are personalised and come in a variety of different colour options. If you would like a custom colourway that isn’t currently offered please drop me a message at: hello@pennyandme.co.uk and I’d be more than happy to do this for you. 

Extra personalisation (not already offered) costs £1 per design.

Do custom prints take longer?

Depending on what you’re after, custom prints will take slightly longer to prepare than standard orders (as they have to be designed from scratch!). If you have something in mind for a particular date, please get in touch as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. 

How do I get a refund?

In the (very unlikely!) event that you find yourself needing to return some or all of your order, please email me at: hello@pennyandme.co.uk

How do I become an ambassador?

I run searches for new ambassadors every 3 months - please keep an eye out on Instagram for the next one!
