DELIVERY INFO

✿ ORDERS ARE CURRENTLY BEING DISPATCHED 1-2 TIMES A WEEK ✿

While we're settling into life as a family of 3 (hello baby!) we are limiting dispatch days to 1-2 times per week.

As a lot of our products are made to order to reduce waste (as well as prepared, packed and dispatched by my one-woman team!), processing and dispatch times may vary. I always aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days, however during busier periods this may take up to 7 working days.

If you need your order by a certain date, please get in touch and I will do whatever I can to help make this happen! 

UK ORDERS:

UK postage and packaging costs a standard rate of £2.00. All orders are sent via Royal Mail, 2nd class. This service usually takes 2-5 working days (sometimes longer dependant on strikes and royal mail delays), and is not tracked. If you would like to track your order please upgrade shipping. 

If you would like your item to arrive sooner, please upgrade to the Special Delivery option at checkout. Dispatch times remain the same as stated above, however will arrive the next working day after dispatch. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All international orders are sent tracked to avoid any problems during transit. This costs a standard rate of £16.00. All orders are sent via Royal Mail or UPS with estimates of taking 7-9 working days. Although the vast majority of orders arrive within these timeframes, they are not guaranteed and any delays are out of my control.

Please note, depending where in the world you are, your country may impose additional taxes or handling fees to the postage. These costs are not covered by Penny & Me and in most cases the carrier will ask you for payment before releasing the item. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
